Well, this is an awfully lonely forum right now!

As you might have noticed, if you're one of my poor, abandoned readers, this is a new forum! Unfortunately, as I'm not going to be updating my comics on ComicGenesis anymore, they can't let me have back my old forum. That's sort of a bummer, but it's also another push toward what I know is true: I'm going to have to rebuild everything, starting with the trust of the people who always supported my comics.

Anyway, I've made it where you ...

If anything is an indication that I'm actually back, it's this strip!

The story is mapped out for a ways after this, in a way that will get things back on some sort of track. Lots will be explained in about the next 10 strips, and several things will be changed radically about our gloom-ridden friends.

I plan on getting to where I'm updating more than once a week, and it's getting easier with each comic I pull together. I'm not rushing anything, though.

So...quiet in here. That's okay, though. I'm good company. Just ask my mirror!

This strip (Stick Margarine Peter Pan) originally had a different caption. It was:

"Stick Margarine thinks of the happiest things, it's the same as having wings!"

It was just too long, and I never really liked it. So I changed it. I want to keep the captions where they offset the image, more than directly describing what's happening in the image.

I might be thinking about it too hard, ...

I got it for $50 from TigerDirect...was a little leery about how cheap it might feel, etc, but I messed with it last night for several hours, and made a Stickbutter comic like it was nothing.

This is really going to make putting together strips SO much easier. I've never gotten to work with pressure sensitivity before (the old tablet pc didn't have it), but it's pretty nice. My style may become a little more sketchy on some things because of it. In my pencil and paper drawings things are ...
